Conrad B. Stephens is dedicated to shareholder causes and concentrates his practice on case evaluations in connection with initiating shareholder rights actions.
Mr. Stephens earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, he worked as a law clerk and summer associate at Robbins Umeda LLP and served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Thomas A. Wiseman, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. He also studied international negotiations and comparative civil rights at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Stephens graduated cum laude from California State University, San Marcos with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
